Shipping Policy

Dolls are shipped from United Kingdom via Royal Mail International service, or DHL upon request.

Shipping is free for most dolls and this is stated in the listing.

I usually dispatch within 3-5 working days.. This is available for finished dolls (not available where custom changes are requested).

The delivery times depend on how quickly does the parcel clear the customs of your country.

Import taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Parcels will be sent to the buyer’s registered address only.

Returns Policy

Returns of dolls are not accepted, however should you have any issues, get in touch and I will do my best to help and resolve anything and everything.
